SELASAR ICE DESSERTS AT SELASAR DELI

Celebrating Sumatra in The Apurva Kempinski Bali’s Unity in Diversity movement, Selasar Deli presents a line of well-known ice desserts from the island. The selection includes Es Kacang Merah, Air Mata Pengantin, and Es Tebak, all of them from different regions of Sumatra.

Open from 09:00 to 22:00, Selasar Deli is located at the lobby floor of The Apurva Kempinski Bali serving a wide range of traditional favourite light bites in wooden cart style, locally known as angkringan. Some of the Highlights include the Indonesian herbal drink Jamu and the distinctive Luwak Coffee.
