SHERATON SENGGIGI BEACH RESORT APPOINTS MADE SEBASTIAN SUANDA AS NEW DOFB
SENGGIGI, LOMBOK—Sheraton Senggigi Beach Resort is pleased to announce the appointment of Made Sebastian Suanda as the resort’s new Director of Food and Beverages. He receives the new position at the resort after an outstanding career in several essential positions in the management and hospitality sector. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations at the resort’s dining venues, including Kebun Anggrek Restaurant, Bawang Putih Restaurant and Senja -Indonesian Beachfront Dining.Made started his hospitality journey in 2002 as Guest Relation Officer. His journey in food and beverages sector then began in2003, where he joined a local hotel in South Germany. In 2005, he took a different adventure as he joined an Italian-flagged ship, sailing from Mediterranean Sea to Caribbean. Prior to moving to Lombok, he was also part of several chained hotels, including Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts, Anantara Hotels, Resorts and Spa, The Westin Hotels and Resorts, and Swiss-Belhotel International.Withhis expertise and insights, Made aims to bring his expertise to reinvigorate Sheraton Senggigi’s culinary offerings. He focuses on elevating dining experience and guest satisfaction through innovation and creativity, bringing out local flavors to be enjoyed in different way. Additionally, he will provide strategic leadership and ensure the improvement of the resort’s services. “As a place of gathering, I will ensure that Sheraton Senggigi welcomeseveryone. Through our culinary offeringsand programs, I also want to tell people in Lombok that dining at our resort is not something expensive, but an experience to explore.”
