SHERATON SENGGIGI BEACH RESORT APPOINTS NEW DIRECTOR OF FOOD AND BEVERAGES

Sheraton Senggigi Beach Resort has announced the appointment of Lee Ming Sien as its new Director of Food and Beverages. He receives the new position at the resort after an outstanding career in several essential positions in the management and hospitality sector.
Lee began his journey in Bali, where he held several positions in food and beverages sector in the past 19 years. Prior to his appointment in Lombok, he spent 5 years being part of Conrad Bali before moving to Banyan Tree Ungasan Bali in 2010. He made his way to W Bali – Seminyak a year later, where he watched over the operation of the luxury resort’s diverse outlets of food and beverages until 2019.
With his expertise and insights, Lee strives to bring invaluable expertise to reinvigorate Sheraton Senggigi’s culinary offerings, with focus on elevating dining experience and guest satisfaction through innovation and creativity. He will provide strategic leadership and ensure the improvement of the resort’s services.
