SPECIAL INDONESIAN FINE DINING WITH CHEF PETTY ELLIOTT AT CASCADES RESTAURANT UBUD

This time the restaurant is pleased to welcome Indonesian Chef Petty Elliott for an Indonesian culinary experience that will take place at 7pm on Wednesday, 18 May 2016. Petty is a pioneer in developing modern Indonesian cuisine using local, sustainable cooking ingredients. She hascollaborated with a growing list of leading local restaurants and five star hotels in Jakarta and Bali in the last five years hosting special promotions and designing themed menus.
