Let’s Celebrate Chinese New Year’s Eve

To welcome the year of the Rat, The Stones Hotel – Legian, Bali’s iconic Stones Kitchen offers auspicious set menu for those who want to reconnect with friends and family over dinner. Inspired by the flavors of China, the set menu will include Roasted Duck Pancakes, Crab and Corn Egg Drop Soup, as well as an array of main courses to enjoy from Wok Fried Wagyu Beef, Steamed Grouper Fillet with XO Sauce, Chicken Kung Pao, Broccoli & Shitake Mushrooms with Oyster Sauce, and of course Chinese Fried Rice. When the tummy is happy with the main courses, Mango Sago Pudding, Fried Sesame and Chocolate Balls along with Tropical Sliced Fruits will be brought to the table to end the celebration.
