SUPPORTING NET-ZERO EMISSION IMPLEMENTATION EFFORTS, ALILA VILLAS ULUWATU SIGNS MOU WITH ALVA 

PT. Ilectra Motor Group (IMG) announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) agreement with Alila Villas Uluwatu on Wednesday, 14 November 2022. The collaboration that was carried out in the midst of holding the G20 Summit in Bali is a form of support from PT. Ilectra Motor Group, a company that presents lifestyle mobility solutions through the ALVA electric motorbike brand for Alila Villas Uluwatu’s commitment to achieving net-zero emission as one of its ongoing efforts.

The signing of this important event was the first collaboration between ALVA and tourism & hospitality in Indonesia, and was attended by representatives from both parties, at Alila Villas Uluwatu, Bali. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) includes cooperation which includes the provision of an ALVA ONE electric motorbike unit as an operational vehicle for Alila Villas Uluwatu employees, as well as vehicle facilities for guests staying at Alila Villas Uluwatu. “One of our visions as a company that provides the latest lifestyle mobility solutions is to create an ecosystem capable of being a comprehensive solution for our consumers and business partners. For this reason, ALVA is happy to express its support for Alila Villas Uluwatu to implement net-zero emission efforts as one of the company’s sustainable principles.” said Rainier Haryanto, Managing Director of Ilectra Motor Group.

In his statement, Hemal Jain, General Manager of Alila Villas Uluwatu said that this MoU is a real step towards a commitment to implementing net-zero emission at Alila Villas Uluwatu as part of sustainable tourism by launching a special slogan “sustainable is the new luxury”. This step is also in line with efforts to achieve the Indonesian government’s net zero emission (NZE) target in 2060.

This collaboration supports ALVA’s efforts to increase public knowledge regarding the advantages of the ALVA ONE electric motorbike as not only an electric motorcycle product, but also a “Game Changer” which is expected to be able to bring positive changes in two-wheeled motorcycles in Indonesia, especially by providing good environmental in better quality.
