For a starter, the brand new grilled beef tenderloin salad can be a precise choice. A meticulous combination of grilled beef meat with green fresh vegetables, such as green papaya, star fruit, mint, glazed with sesame lime vinaigrette. Then rolled crisp pork belly is up next. A recommended main menu made from crispy roasted pork belly served with Balinese-inspired goodness; fresh pomelo, kailan leaves, palm sugar and pineapple sauce.
