Sundays at CIRE just got a lot zestier with the launch of Brisa Brunch, a lively brunch experience with endless options that marries the finest organic and locally sourced ingredients with the bold, vibrant flavors of Latin cuisine.

Diners are invited to curate their own culinary journey, taking their pick from a generous menu featuring tantalizing appetizers, gourmet mains, enticing sides, and decadent desserts. Alternatively, those seeking a more carefree experience can simply share any dietary restrictions or allergies and leave it to our chef to present his handpicked recommendations.

For starters, an array of artisanal creations awaits, including “Textures of Potato with Poached Free-Range Egg, Avocado and Lump Crab Salad, and Latinos Avocado, Cucumber, & Tomato Salad with Artisan Waffle”, each bite crafted to awaken the palate and excite the senses.

For the main event, exquisite dishes such as beef skewers with chimichurri, Tequila lime tiger prawns, and Spanish black mussel pot take center stage alongside Peruvian, Mexican and Dominican-style dishes that are sure to set tastebuds alight. Pair them with sides such as refried beans or cilantro lime rice.

Bringing this journey to a sweet end is a trio of sweet temptations expertly crafted by CIRE’s talented pastry team – carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, tres leches, and churros with delicious dippings.

Diners can order whatever they want from the menu and re-order as often as they wish. To complete the experience, a choice of beverage packages is available additionally, including refreshing cocktails, providing the perfect accompaniment to a leisurely Sunday gathering.
