In light of current travel restrictions and health considerations The Ritz-Carlton, Bali is striving to make fine dining accessible by introducing The Ritz-Carlton Chef on Wheels program, starting from September 2021.

This lavish dining experience is offered in three curated menu options where each one will be led by an award-winning chef from The Ritz-Carlton Bali. Guests can savor the rich flavors of Asian cuisine and Chinese home cooking that will be prepared by the resort’s Director of Culinary, Raymond Siek.  Malaysian-born, Chef Raymond has worked at top resorts throughout Asia, winning multiple awards along the way. Those who are craving for the delicate palate of Indonesian cuisine or the bold taste of authentic Balinese cuisine will enjoy Chef Kojong’s creation. Originally from Denpasar, he brings a wealth of experience in local food discoveries. Western home cooking with a Ritz-Carlton twist and an Indonesian barbecue will be prepared by Chef Yudha, bringing The Beach Grill signature feasts to the table.
