THE SUNDAY BRUNCH CLUB BY APÉRITIF AT APÉRITIF RESTAURANT
Aperitif Restaurant has launched a new brunch menu promising a culinary journey like no other. The Sunday Brunch Club by Apéritif combines the unique atmospheres of Pinstripe Bar and Apéritif Restaurant for an unforgettable brunch experience in Ubud. Executive Chef Nic Vanderbeeken, known for his innovative approach to fine dining, has meticulously curated a menu that showcases traditional French dishes reimagined with a modern twist, reflecting his culinary expertise and Apéritif’s signature fusion of international flavors with subtle Indonesian influences.
Highlights include the restaurant’s signature Venison Wellington, whose rich sauce is cleverly juxtaposed with rendang flavors as well as the immaculate Sensation White (mango, meringue, coconut and cheesecake crumble). Additionally, indulge in the decadent PB&J, an Apéritif signature specifically crafted by Pastry Chef Ida Ayu Chinthya Dewi using locally sourced peanuts, paying homage to the ingredient’s prevalence in the Indonesian cuisine. Meal-enders are choreographed in the manner of a graceful repertoire that closes with petit fours, and unexpectedly, a game of pool, single malt, and a prized cigar coming straight from Pinstripe Bar.
In addition to its creative food offerings, guests can indulge in refreshing cocktails and high-end spirits at Apéritif’s Pinstripe Bar. The bar’s inventive cocktail menu, led by mixologist Panji Wisrawan, draws inspiration from Bali’s rich history and global cocktail culture.
Apéritif Restaurant and Pinstripe Bar are located at Viceroy Bali. Apéritif Restaurant opens daily for dinner from 5:30pm, with kitchen hours to 8:30pm given the length of the dining experience.
