ULU CLIFFHOUSE OPENS

Ulu Cliffhouse, the 50,000ft² clifftop playground nestled in Uluwatu, Bali, opened for public on 23rd September 2017. With direct access to the beach, Ulu’s clifftop playground showcases a 25-metre infinity pool, a music recording studio, an art space and food and drinks – from its open-air restaurant to cliff side rock bar hanging provocatively over the waves. Tipping its hat to the surfers’ paradise location in Uluwatu, Ulu Cliffhouse will also feature a resident surfboard shaper.

Headed by world-renowned Peruvian Chef Diego Muñoz, who led Astrid & Gaston to #14 in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants List and now free rider chef, Ulu Cliffhouse’s culinary offering aims to go beyond the typical beach club menu by incorporating the influence of Diego’s travels around the world and Bali’s local environment at the same time.
