After a successful stint in 2016, UnOaked wine dinner at S.K.A.I Beach Club is back and better than before. UnOaked 2.05 will be held on Friday, June 23rd 2017 from 7 PM onwards, featuring 4-course dinner paired with 4 glasses of wine with each dishes. Lead by brilliant and talented trio of chefs; Rudy Harrasyid, Theodorus Setyo and Frans Jarot Pingak, UnOaked brings the experience of a four course dinner combined with selected wines from various regions. The three chefs heading Padma Resort Legian’s kitchen team are very passionate in creating delectable dishes suitable for everyone’s palate, recreating traditional Indonesian dishes with Western touches to successfully capture the character and essence of each dish.
