The Stones Hotel – Legian, Bali – Autograph Collection has once again orchestrated a romantic atmosphere for couples who wants to celebrate Valentine’s Day. Couples are able to choose whether they want to experience a romantic sunset at our signature area, The Cabana.

Your dinner menu begins with a 4 course meal that will leave your loved ones in awe. Starting off with a Cured Salmon Carpaccio, with the perfect side of crab fennel salad topped with yuzu aioli and ikura caviar. Followed by King Prawn Risotto in a well-balanced herbs, parmesan, topped with prawn bisque. A juicy Stockyard Wagyu MBS 8+ Striploin, accompanied by lobster, leek, a seasonal truffle hollandaise and smoked tomato jam. To end the romantic evening, a White Chocolate Mousse in strawberry puree and vanilla sorbet will entertain your palate. The mixologist has finely crafted the two best; his and hers drinks in order to commemorate the love; Blue Seduction and Creamy Lady. All this while being serenaded by the beautiful music from Doni Sibarani and accompanied by Djampiro Band.
