WELCOME TO BALI WITH JETSTAR AT THE WESTIN RESORT NUSA DUA, BALI

After almost 2 years of hiatus, the time has come for Bali to extend a welcome back greeting to international tourists to the island of the Gods including tourists from Australia. This joyful moment was marked with the resumption of Jetstar’s flight to the island last Monday, 14 March when the first Jetstar Australia Boeing 787-8 departed from Melbourne after two years and landed safely at Bali’s international airport Ngurah Rai. The aircraft flew the very first group of media fam trip to experience a renewing stay at The Westin Bali Resort Nusa Dua, Bali.

During the stay, the media group had the chance to explore some of Bali’s most sought after destinations such as Uluwatu temple, Seminyak, Ubud, Nusa Penida and a few other hidden gems of Bali. Those who preferred to relax and enjoy the resort had the option of relaxing by the pool and on the beach or enjoying the resort’s wellness programing such as yoga, runWestin as well as bike rides around the area. There was an appreciation dinner held by the beachfront with traditional Balinese set up showcasing local culinary offerings and a vibrant and cultural Balinese performance including the renowned fire dance.
