KŌWHAI Restaurant at MĀUA Nusa Penida announces an exclusive partnership with Two Islands Reserve by launching a Wine and Dine special offer accompanied by live saxophone at IDR 699,000 ++ on Friday, 31 March 2023, from 7 pm onwards.

To start the gourmet experience, guests will indulge in a four-course set menu, including a delectable amuse bouche that consists of rengginang (Indonesian rice crackers), scallop tartare, crispy garlic, and yogurt avocado mousse paired with the Sparkling Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir Chardonnay 2014 – a millésime sparkling wine produced from a single, exceptional vintage. For appetizer, guests will enjoy the tantalizing dish of House-cured salmon, paired beautifully with Adelaide Hills Chardonnay 2016. Next is poached Gamat lobster followed by the indulgent pan-roasted beef tenderloin paired with the Barossa Valley Shiraz and Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 and end with decadent chocolate sampler, paired with the Nv Hatten Pino De Bali – a sweet, luscious, and silky fortified wine with mature honey and nut characters.
